All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible. As many items are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, or pattern may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through our website or via our Etsy shop. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly in the case of stock errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the UK and internationally via our Etsy shop. Processing times are listed on each product page. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. We are not responsible for postal or customs delays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

To request a return, please email woof@thelunaco.co.uk with your order number. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please check our returns policy page.

6. Sizing

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure their dog accurately. If in doubt, feel free to reach out to us before ordering.

7. Liability

The Luna Collection is not liable for any injury or damage caused by misuse of our products. Always supervise your dog while wearing accessories and inspect items regularly for wear and tear.
