Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you and your pup love your purchase from The Luna Collection. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
Custom or personalised products are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to Return
- Email us at woof@thelunaco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm return details and the return address.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
