Colour & Pattern Variation
Product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting during photography. As our patterned fabrics are individually cut, each harness is one of a kind, and the placement of pattern elements will differ between items.
Safety & Supervision
While we use high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship to create safe and durable accessories, no product is completely indestructible. Please inspect items before each use and discontinue use if you notice any damage or wear. The Luna Collection cannot accept responsibility for any use or misuse of our products.
Fit & Sizing
Always refer to our size guide and measure your dog carefully before ordering. For your dog’s safety and comfort, ensure that each item fits correctly—not too loose, not too tight—every time it’s worn. We cannot accept responsibility for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection.
First Use Checks
Before using a product for the first time, inspect it thoroughly for any faults or defects, and check that it fits and functions as intended. After this, it is the owner’s responsibility to regularly inspect for wear and tear and ensure the product remains suitable for their individual dog.
Supervision
Dogs should be supervised at all times while wearing our products. The suitability, fit, and safety of each accessory must be assessed by the owner based on their dog’s specific needs and behaviour.
Not for Unattended Use
Our accessories are not intended for use when your dog is left unattended. Please remove collars, harnesses, or accessories before crating, leaving your dog alone, or during sleep to prevent accidental injury or entanglement.
No Tie-Out or Tethering Use
Our products are not designed for tie-outs or tethering. Using them in this way may compromise the safety and structure of the item and increase the risk of injury.
Responsibility for Use
It is the buyer’s responsibility to assess the suitability of each product for their dog. The Luna Collection accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the improper or unsupervised use of our products.
Dogs That Pull
While our harnesses are designed for everyday comfort and control, they may not be suitable for dogs who pull excessively on the lead. Repeated pulling may reduce the product’s lifespan or cause damage. Please assess suitability based on your dog’s walking style and behaviour.
Fashion Accessories
Some of our fashion accessories—such as decorative bows, bandanas, or seasonal items—are designed for lighter, aesthetic use and may be more suitable for small to medium-sized breeds. Please review each product description for guidance on suitability.
Allergies or Sensitivities
While our accessories are made with dog-safe materials, if your dog has known sensitivities or allergies, we recommend checking product materials before use. Discontinue use immediately if any irritation occurs.
Keep Out of Reach of Children
Our products are not toys and may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard. Keep all accessories and packaging away from children.
Faulty Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at woof@thelunaco.co.uk, including your order number and clear photos of the unused item so we can investigate and arrange a refund or replacement if applicable.
Product Care
All accessories will show signs of wear over time, especially with frequent use and washing. To help maintain their quality and longevity, please follow the care instructions provided with each product and refer to our Product Care Guide for detailed information.
Leather & Suede Products – Dye Transfer
Our leather and suede items are made using high-quality materials and dyes with strong colour fixation to minimise staining. However, due to the natural and porous properties of suede and certain leathers, some dye transfer may still occur if the product becomes saturated or exposed to excessive moisture.
Please take care when using suede accessories, particularly in wet weather or when stored against light-coloured clothing or fabric. While such occurrences are rare, we cannot guarantee that colour transfer will not happen under certain conditions.
