Discount Code Disclaimer
At The Luna Collection, we love treating our customers and their stylish pups to special offers and discount codes. However, to keep things fair and fabulous, there are a few things you need to know about how our discounts work.
Our Discount Code Policy
- Discount codes cannot be used on sale items that have already been reduced by a greater percentage. For example, if there’s a 20% sale running and you have a 10% discount code, your code will not apply to sale items already discounted by 20% or more. The larger discount will always take priority.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to add or amend a discount code. Please make sure to enter your code at checkout before completing your purchase.
- We reserve the right to exclude specific products or collections from discount codes at any time. This may include limited edition items, seasonal collections, or discontinued products.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or site-wide sales unless explicitly stated. One discount at a time – no stacking!
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of any discount code if we believe it’s being used fraudulently or against the spirit of our promotions.
