We do our best to ensure that all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date. As many of our items are handmade or cut from patterned fabrics, slight variations may occur.
Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting in photographs. Each item is unique and pattern placement may differ.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website. We accept a range of payment methods including:

- Klarna and Clearpay (Buy Now, Pay Later)
All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
We may update product prices or run limited-time promotions from time to time. Prices at the time of purchase will be honoured.

6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and meets the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Certain items, such as personalised products or made-to-order items, are non-refundable unless faulty.
7. Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively. Some items or collections may be excluded from promotions. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

It is your responsibility to measure your dog accurately before placing an order. We provide clear guidance to help you choose the correct fit, including our Size Guide with measuring instructions and product-specific advice.
