Contact us on woof@thelunaco.co.uk in the very rare case of receiving a faulty or damaged item within 14 days of receipt, providing your order number and photos of the faulty, unused item so we can investigate and refund/replace where possible.

It is natural for colours to fade and the items to wear out with continuous use and washing. Please refer to and follow each product's own care guides and washing instructions to maximise their durability.
