Before first use, please check for any fault and damage and if the product fits and works as it should. Following this, it is the owners responsibility to monitor and check carefully for wear and tear before each use. The owner must also check the suitability and safety of each product for their own dog. When a product is in use, the owner is responsible for supervising their dog at all times.
Contact us on woof@thelunaco.co.uk in the very rare case of receiving a faulty or damaged item within 14 days of receipt, providing your order number and photos of the faulty, unused item so we can investigate and refund/replace where possible.
It is natural for colours to fade and the items to wear out with continuous use and washing. Please refer to and follow each product’s own care guides and washing instructions to maximise their durability.
